1
Day 1
Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
Early in the morning, our journey toward Morocco’s charming desert starts with the Tour from Fes to Merzouga Sahara. After breakfast, our trip starts by visiting the first location. We will stop by the city of Ifrane, also known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”.
We will head to the city of Azrou, crossing the largest Cedar forests in Morocco that are beautifully covering the road through the Middle Atlas mountains. By crossing the Tizi n’Talghamt mountain pass, we will arrive at the agricultural capital of the country, where you will enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will continue our trip, driving through the landscapes that change from green to rocky as we reach Errachidia where you will have a quick tour. Thereupon, we will pass by the impressive Ziz Valley and the palm city of Erfoud
We will arrive in the late afternoon in the town of Merzouga, where you will check into a hotel near the dunes. After a break, you will switch to camels with our professional guide that will take you on a unique experience into the sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi under a swooning sunset that will make you feel like an ancient traveler.
Later on, we will be at our traditional camp where you will be welcomed by a traditional dish for dinner accompanied by a warming cup of mint tea while listening to Berber music. Stay overnight at a nomadic camel hair tent.

Day 2
Merzouga – Surrounding towns – Khamlia village
In the early morning, our guide will wake you early so you don’t miss the stunning sunrise that shines through the dunes. While the sun beams on your face and warms your skin, you will enjoy a traditional breakfast.
Right after, we prepared for you an entertaining tour around the surroundings of Erg Chebbi where you will meet some Berber nomads tribes that will be happy to welcome you under the shadows of their traditional tents. You will get to know more about their lifestyle culture.
Thereupon, we will move towards the unique village of Khamlia. You will meet the Gnawa tribes and listen to their music. Have lunch in the village at a Berber guest house and spend the night at a hotel/Riad/tent.

Day 3
Merzouga – Errissani – Merzouga
In the morning, after breakfast, we resume our Tour from Fes to Merzouga Sahara toward Errissani. It is a small oasis town near the dunes of Erg Chebbi. In there lies the tomb of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of the Alaouite dynasty.
After exploring the mausoleum of Moulay Cheriff and discovering Ksar el Fida, which is one of the most ancient Ksars of the Alaouite family, you will end up among traders, nomads, and dwellers in the market.
After a lunch break, we will drive back to Khamlia village where you will enjoy a traditional dinner while listening to Gnawa music. Stay overnight at Berber guest house.

Day 4
Erfoud – Todgha gorges – Boumalne Dades
After breakfast at Khamlia village, we will continue our trip. We will visit the beautiful city of Erfoud, where you will have a chance to admire this unspoiled oasis city, which is known around Morocco for its good quality dates.
Thereupon, we will resume our Tour from Fes to Merzouga Sahara towards Morocco’s pride and a destination for hikers and climbers from all over the world and one of the most spectacular canyons around the world: the Todgha gorges. Here, you will have the chance to hike and share the mud passes with locals and their packing animals.
Late in the afternoon, we will arrive at Boumalne Dades where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a local Kasbah.

Day 5
Dades gorges – Roses valley – Kalaat Mgouna – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, you will discover the Dades gorges and the famous Monkey toes mountains. Then, we will drive through the road of the thousand Kasbahs and the beautiful Skoura.
We reach the fascinating Roses Valley. It is a carpet of roses as far as the eye can see. Here, you will have the opportunity to walk around and take pictures of those landscapes.
After a lunch break at a mountainside restaurant in front of the Kalaat Mgouna’s nature, we will arrive at the city of Ouarzazate where you will have dinner and spend the night at a hotel.

Day 6
Ouarzazate – Marrakech
On the last day of the Tour from Fes to Merzouga Sahara, we offer you a tour around the “Hollywood of Africa”, Ouarzazate where you will discover one of the biggest film studios around the world: the “Atlas studio”. Our guide will show you every important set that had been a part of a universal movie.
Next, we will head over to a south masterpiece that has been standing for centuries with its unique architecture and marvelous gates: the Kasbah of Taourirt. Then, we will make our way back to the red city of Marrakech.
Crossing the highest mountain pass in north Africa with an altitude of 2,260 m, this tour offers you a panoramic view over the High Atlas mountains and landscapes dotted with tiny Berber villages. Later, we’ll arrive at Marrakech where we will transfer you to a location from your desire.
