Fes to Merzouga 3 day Tour with 2 nights in Sahara Desert

Following breakfast at your accommodation, we’ll begin our Merzouga 4×4 adventure to see the many and intriguing sights surrounding the Erg Chebbi dunes. We’ll stop at the Hassi Labied oasis to witness the irrigation canal and land cultivation before heading south to the seasonal Sriji lake. We’ll travel on to Khamlia hamlet to visit the Gnawa people. Following that, we’ll go to the M’ifis mines and meet a nomad Berber family for a drink of mint tea. After lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll return to the hamlet to begin our camel trip to our Berber Camp in Merzouga. The trip takes about an hour, with a brief stop at the top of the dunes to view the sunset. You may sandboard, snap photographs, and enjoy the scenery. You’ll go to the camp, where you’ll be greeted with a drink of tea. You’ll have supper, gaze under the stars, and sleep under a nomadic tent there.

You’ll enjoy a nice breakfast and shower at the camp after viewing the dawn over the dunes close to the campsite. You will ride camels to Merzouga, alternatively we will transport you in a 4WD vehicle. We’ll continue on to Fes via Ziz Valley, Morocco’s second-longest river, and pass the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you’ll enjoy spectacular views and have free time to eat at a restaurant. Later, in the afternoon, we’ll travel towards Fes, stopping at Cedar Forest in Azrou to observe the wild monkeys and have a brief stroll through the forest to snap pictures. We’ll stop at Ifrane, Morocco’s small Switzerland, before dropping you off at your hotel in the late afternoon. That ends our Fes to Merzouga Tour.
